On October 9, 2009 I began a twelve month adventure to work as an au pair in the city of Cologne. To live in Germany for an entire year is the experience of a lifetime, one which I know will teach me innumerable things about myself as well as the world. Although I'm not really much of a blogger myself, I think it's important to be able to share my experiences with those who are dearest to me.
